About the Role
Watts Water is hiring for an onsite role focusing on debugging and tuning multi-axis processing equipment. The role involves precise debugging of multi-axis machines used in ball valve manufacturing, maintenance of tooling, and quality inspection, plus coordinating with the production line supervisor on the floor.
What You'll Do
- Based on process specifications, accurately debug multi-axis machines and perform sharpening/maintenance of dedicated machine tooling, taps, and broaches.
- Perform equipment maintenance and product quality inspections; assist the production floor supervisor with on-site coordination.
- Follow assignments and promptly report production status to supervisors, offering recommendations.
- Collaborate with production to complete debugging tasks accurately and timely.
- Regular duties include completing debugging and routine quality inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor daily.
- Proactively offer suggestions and support supervisors as a reliable assistant.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High school or technical secondary school (or above) with a mechanical-related major.
- Work Experience: 3+ years of mechanical equipment debugging experience; experience debugging dedicated machines or spherical lens machines is preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with ball valve processing technology; proficient in using related gauges/inspection tools; able to read mechanical part drawings.
- Other Requirements: Goal-oriented with a determination to complete tasks; willingness to learn and continuously improve job performance; strong sense of responsibility and professionalism; hardworking, able to endure tough conditions, and able to adapt to shifts.

- Preference for candidates with experience debugging dedicated machines and spherical lens machines.
