Job title: Special Events Logistics Manager
About the Role Live Nation is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager to provide administrative support to the Sales Department and to execute, service, and detail events from booking to operation for Citizens House of Blues and MGM Fenway Music Hall in Boston. This role acts as a liaison between Special Events and Operations, coordinating with Production, venue, clients, and LN teams to ensure smooth event execution.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team and assist Senior Sales Manager, Sales Managers and Logistics team on special projects as delegated by the Director of Sales for Citizens House of Blues and MGM Music Hall Fenway.
- Manage distribution of internal and external correspondence and maintain departmental files.
- Supervise all aspects of operational set-up and breakdown of events (equipment needs, rental needs, and set up). Coordinate with Production on all production aspects needed for an event.
- Serve as liaison between client and LN Team Members throughout the event.
- Liaison for venue and concessionaire communication and distribution of information internally and externally.
- Responsible for execution, servicing and detailing of assigned events once booked by the Special Events Department, ensuring a smooth process from the Special Event Order to the actual operation.
