About the Role Spawn Point Work Study is a student position responsible for CCAC Lion’s Den facility management during nights and weekends. The role focuses on managing passive programming, equipment checkouts, attendance and usage reporting, event tournaments, and support for Student Affairs content and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Night and Weekend Facility Management (CCAC)
- Manage Lion’s Den Passive Programming
- Opening and/or Closing of the CCAC
- Manage Facility Amenities
- Check out Lion’s Den Equipment (pool cues, etc.)
- Report facility usage and attendance
- Set up TV, Projector, and Gaming Equipment during usage hours
- Host Gaming Tournaments
- Assist in content creation and marketing for Student Affairs
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled as a full-time Schreiner University student
- Minimum 2.0 GPA
- Software Knowledge: POUNCE, Checkpoint, Roku, Social Media, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, Playstation, Canva, OBS and video editing (on the job learning)
- Positive work ethic, punctuality, creativity, and excellent customer service
- Ability to manage and oversee the general operation of the Lion’s Den
