Job title: Spare Parts Warehouse Manager
About the Role LEONI is seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse Manager to lead and supervise the Spare Parts Warehouse organization, ensuring KPI-driven operations, governance adherence, and continuous service delivery improvements within the automotive energy and data management business.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the Spare Parts Warehouse organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify potential improvements in the area of responsibility, offer consulting, and contribute to service delivery improvements.
- Ensure adherence to standards and governance and oversee process execution.
- Lead direct reports in the area of responsibility; plan regular team activities to cover all process stages and respond to requests.
- Define team members' objectives, tasks and responsibilities; provide clear instructions, monitoring, and evaluation of results.
- Identify training and development needs of direct reports; support subordinates' professional development and help apply newly acquired knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, spare parts management, or logistics, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience with inventory management, spare parts planning, and warehouse optimization is highly preferred.
- Good command of English and French (written and spoken).
