About the Role TransPerfect Connect (TPC) is seeking Spanish bilingual interpreters at all levels to start their career path as Over the Phone Interpreter. This remote, work-from-home role focuses on delivering high-quality Spanish-English interpretations to end clients in professional settings. What You'll Do
- Provide consecutive interpretation services over the phone for clients and end users.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, clearly communicating information and adhering to work requirements after training.
- Participate in four weeks of remote/online training with a dedicated trainer and progressively take on more challenging call types. What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency and fluent in Spanish.
- Dominican ID and High School Diploma.
- 1+ year of contact center experience.
- Tools to Work from Home: reliable internet connection (25 Mbps minimum), a verified internet provider, electricity contract (must share last invoice), power inverter or uninterruptible power supply, address within Gran Santo Domingo city limits, and a quiet workspace/home office with no distractions.
