About this role
As a Customer Logistics Specialist, you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.
What You’ll Do

Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via phone, email, and chat

Track parcels, investigate delivery issues, and coordinate resolutions with operational teams

Manage customer cases, delivery amendments, and records while ensuring timely, professional service
