About the Role Join a tech-forward team as a Retail Sales Consultant with Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer. You will build total solutions for customers, selling wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection while delivering an exceptional customer experience and working toward sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Sell products and services, serve customers, and attend off-site promotions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and benchmarks
- Present tailored solutions including entertainment options and Internet to complete the customer experience
- Assist store leaders with operations and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales and service goals
- Represent the AT&T brand professionally and provide outstanding customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development; maintain knowledge of products and services
- Engage with the local community and leverage events to drive sales
What We're Looking For
- Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance; pass background check
- Ability to stand for long periods and work most weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- Clear communication, an outgoing personality, and a strong customer-service orientation
- Commitment to exemplary integrity and honesty; willingness to grow within the company
- Background in retail sales is helpful but not required; training provided
- Spanish bilingual proficiency

- Prior experience in retail sales or technology-focused environments
