Position Summary The Space Management team member will oversee space management operations. This is 100% on-site position.

The space management team member will manage the day-to day activities associated with the support of office space projects, service requests, & office area modification for on-site employees and staff. This individual will manage the CAD layout drawing for the office area and the people moves (including inter-campus moves). The space management team member will work with different teams (such as customers, within team, facilities service, IT, electrical, & network). There will be different types of reports (scheduled and per request) to be updated/created. Warehouse audits are performed quarterly and action items should be executed by due dates.

Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Floor plan CAD drawing creation, revision, and management.
  • Cubicle / Department boundary seating management.
  • People move coordination and management (including building reset).
  • Office area modification (OAM project) including cubicles, private offices, & conference rooms.
  • Furniture Inventory management (including quarterly warehouse audit).
  • Service request (furniture & key) management.
  • Owner of Space Management Projects.
  • The roles & responsibilities (including work hours & job location) are subject to be adjusted per business need.

Skills and Qualifications Here's What You'll Need:

  • Strong CAD design experiences (specialized in office space & furniture layout design preferred).
  • 3+ years' experience in space management or relevant experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
  • Outstanding Project management & time management skills.
  • Experience of MS office products & space management software is preferred (such as Service Now and Nuvolo).
  • Excellent communication skills.

The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
