About this role
Spa Therapist
- Provide professional massage, facial, body treatments, and other spa services.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and products are properly maintained.
- Deliver personalized and exceptional guest service.
- Promote spa products and services when appropriate.
- Follow resort policies, SOPs, and Maldives health and safety standards.
Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.

Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort in the Maldives.

Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented.

Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
