Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments to clients.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent massage and skincare skills, a friendly personality, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments, including body massages, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and other wellness services within the therapist’s training and qualifications.

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any relevant health concerns before treatments.

• Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on clients’ needs.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing treatment environment.

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, towels, and products before each appointment.

• Ensure all spa equipment and tools are properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.

• Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.

• Maintain professional boundaries, client confidentiality, and high standards of customer service.

• Educate clients on aftercare and appropriate home-care routines.

• Promote spa services, treatment packages, and retail products when appropriate.

• Monitor inventory and report low stock or damaged equipment to management.

• Follow all spa policies, health and safety procedures, and hygiene standards.

• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, referring complex issues to the manager.

• Work collaboratively with other spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant certification or training in spa therapy, massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel, or beauty establishment is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

• Good personal hygiene, grooming, and professional presentation.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.

• Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in training.

Salary

N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
