Job Description

• We are seeking a professional, friendly, and experienced Spa Therapist to join our hotel team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality spa and wellness treatments to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, comfort, relaxation, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, and other approved wellness services.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the spa treatment rooms and work areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, towels, oils, and other necessary materials before and after each treatment.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and receive a professional and relaxing experience.
• Maintain proper records of guest treatments and preferences where required.
• Handle spa equipment and products safely and responsibly.
• Promote available spa treatments, packages, and products to guests when appropriate.
• Follow all hotel and spa health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Report any damaged equipment, stock shortages, or maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and confidentiality at all times.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or in a similar role is required.
• Previous experience working in a hotel, resort, spa, wellness centre, or similar hospitality environment is an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant professional training may also be considered.
