Job title: Spa Therapist
The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring a professional, relaxing, and safe experience while complying with the hotel’s Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).
Qualifications

Spa Treatments and Guest Service

Perform professional spa treatments in accordance with approved treatment protocols and service standards

Conduct guest consultations to identify needs, preferences, and any contraindications

Ensure a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for all guests

Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in line with established guidelines.

Teamwork and Professional Conduct

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations

Attend required training sessions related to treatments, IMS/FSMS, and health & safety
-
Maintain professional behavior, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times.

Hygiene, Health Safety

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times

Report hazards, incidents, or non-conformities immediately

Promote environmentally responsible practices, including water, energy, and product usage.
