About the Role Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Motorola Solutions Command Center projects in the Southeast region, delivering emergency call handling, NG911, and related public safety software deployments with a customer-centric approach. You will coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure safe, reliable solutions and successful long-term partnerships. What You'll Do
- Follow PMBOK standards to manage end-to-end project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing.
- Develop and implement a Master Project Plan with defined charter, scope, and integrated change control.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of internal workflows to align projects with business objectives.
- Own the implementation, cutover, and hand-off to the Support team for emergency call handling projects.
- Create detailed project schedules (WBS) and lead regular scheduling status reviews.
