Job Description
- Support the head chef in running the kitchen day to day and lead the cooks during service.
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard and check quality before food leaves the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with stock control, ordering and keeping waste low.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a sous chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Comfortable handling the role with little to no supervision.
- Able to commute to Maitama, Abuja and resume immediately.
