Job Description

Sourcing Sprints is offering a unique internship opportunity for current Nigerian students interested in the exciting intersection of Artificial Intelligence and talent acquisition.

This part-time internship, running from January 4th to March 31st, 2027, provides hands-on experience in leveraging AI for recruitment processes. You will gain exposure to innovative sourcing strategies and contribute to the development of future talent pipelines.

Eligibility is strictly for students currently enrolled in an institution in Nigeria. Graduates are not eligible for this specific internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in AI-driven candidate sourcing and screening.
• Contribute to the analysis of recruitment data.
• Participate in team projects related to AI in HR.
• Develop a short video showcasing personal AI projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student in Nigeria.

• Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence.

• Ability to create a short video (max 90 seconds) about an AI project.
