Job Description Lead Sourcing teams that drive candidate identification and pipeline generation strategies for dedicated business groups and hiring initiatives. Build strategies to identify and attract top talent, partner with internal clients to ensure a positive candidate experience and have a deep understanding of the talent market and candidate profiles.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of distributed Sourcing Recruiters.
- Work with Talent Advisors, Recruiting Leaders, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand recruiting demand and candidate profiles.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage quality candidates at scale. Defines and leads sourcing goals and metrics.
- Manages end to end process for sourcing recruiters and identifies and removes roadblocks.
