About this role

About the Role This is a Sourcing & Procurement role within Accenture's Management Consulting team. You will help clients develop strategies and operating models to advance procurement capabilities and drive bottom-line impact, using data-driven insights to improve spend performance. The role involves delivering analyses, building sourcing plans, and communicating recommendations to clients, with travel required (10-50%). What You'll Do

  • Solve challenging problems and apply creativity and innovation to client sourcing challenges.
  • Create robust sourcing strategies and cost-out recommendations.
  • Drive category insights, analysis and benchmarking to inform decision making.
  • Build and review robust analytics models in Excel, Alteryx, and SQL; synthesize data into actionable deliverables.
  • Work with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements; nurture stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilitate development of project plans and overall project management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop presentations and key deliverables to support decision making; communicate findings to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Achieve excellence and dependability through the execution of projects and initiatives. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs.
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience developing and executing cost optimization strategies.
  • Strong problem solving and data analytics skills using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, R, and Power BI; experience building complex models and executive-ready dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6 years' work experience.
  • Bonus points for management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm.
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-starter with initiative; experience using AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini) for analytics, coding, automation, and modeling.
  • Prior experience delivering insights using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree (nice-to-have). Nice to Have

  • Management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm.
  • Experience with AI tools for analytics, coding, process automation, app development, and statistics.
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau visualization across client engagements. Compensation & Benefits
