About the Role
The Sourcing Manager for rhode (brand under e.l.f. Beauty) leads supplier partnerships, executes sourcing strategies, and scales packaging and finished goods to support launches and ongoing optimization within the e.l.f. Beauty sourcing framework.
What You'll Do

Sourcing & Execution: Execute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, in alignment with broader business objectives.

Support new product launches for rhode by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables.

Partner cross-functionally to support post-development optimization initiatives.

Supplier Relationship Management: Manage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.

Support supplier negotiations by preparing cost analyses, benchmarks, and recommendations.

Assist in managing contractual terms related to pricing, capacity, and supply continuity, escalating issues as needed.

Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product Development, and Marketing to support internally and externally led development pathways.

Support supplier-led innovation by tracking capabilities, samples, and development timelines.

Coordinate supplier participation in development and commercialization activities.

Global Alignment: Contribute to maintaining a diverse supplier base that supports category growth and brand requirements.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience in sourcing, supplier management, and negotiations.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional work with R&D, Product Development, and Marketing.

Track record of managing supplier contracts, pricing, capacity, and supply continuity.

Strong project management and communication skills with attention to timelines and deliverables.

Experience in beauty, packaging, or consumer goods is a plus.

Experience enabling supplier-led innovation and coordinating development timelines.

Familiarity with diverse supplier bases and global supply chain considerations.

Compensation & Benefits
-
Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year.

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus up to 200% of target, and equity.
