Source to Contract

About the Role Source to Contract role focused on building and co-managing a strong relationship with the client organization and delivering procurement activities in line with defined SLA and KPIs. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, RFQ management, and provide support across procurement operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for multiple commodities, adhering to approved thresholds and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with business partners and category managers to manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, ensuring timely collection and evaluation of supplier quotations. Drive alignment on specifications, pricing, and terms to support strategic sourcing objectives.
• Provide helpdesk support to internal requesters, suppliers, and other stakeholders by addressing queries related to procurement and sourcing, vendor setup, RFQs, and system navigation. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain clear communication to facilitate smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced level of English
• Advanced level of Spanish
• Basic Orientation in Procurement operations / work experience related to procurement operations
• Typing / MS Office/ Keyboarding skills
• High School Graduate with BAC/ University Graduate
• Any Discipline + Orientation in Supply Chain/ Purchasing
