About the Role Volt is immediately hiring for a Sorter in Visalia, CA. This temporary, full-time role involves identifying quality blanks, loading blanks, and properly completing required forms, as well as sorting and handling product. You will place product on carts, wrap carts, and change sticker rolls as needed. You will also use a radio to contact leads and maintenance for troubleshooting issues. This position is a 1–2 month opportunity, with a schedule of 12am–8am and potential overtime. What You'll Do
- Identify quality blanks
- Load blanks
- Properly complete required forms
- Fan through product
- Place product on carts
- Wrap carts
- Change sticker rolls as needed
- Use the radio to contact leads and maintenance for troubleshooting issues What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of recent manufacturing experience
- Schedule: 12am–8am; subject to weekends and overtime Compensation & Benefits
- Payrate: $16.90 - $17.22 per hour (depends on shift)
- Overtime: 8pm–8am or 12am–12pm
