About the Role We are hiring staff for Gran Turismo production. The role includes planning and operation of online events and checking online features to ensure smooth experiences. After joining, responsibilities are adjusted to fit your growth, enabling you to engage in a broad range of work.
What You'll Do
- Online event planning and operations
- Monitoring and validating online features during events, product updates, maintenance, and incident response
- Creating various documents and conducting data research
- Adjusting scope of work based on aptitude as you grow with the team
What We're Looking For
- Interest in online game operations or online game environments
- Interest in the latest game information and related technologies
- Proficiency with Word/Excel for documents, spreadsheets, and charts
- Basic communication skills (greetings, phone, email)
- Ability to respond sincerely to sudden server issues during weekends or nights
- Desirable: GT5/GT6 community management or online企画 experience; GM experience or online/social/browser game play; experience producing game-related video streams; data analysis experience; basic PC/network knowledge; Photoshop/Illustrator basics; basic English communication

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: hourly rate of 2000 JPY or more; overtime allowance; weekend work allowance; transportation allowance up to 50,000 JPY per month (eligibility applies)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, at least 3 days per week (5 hours per day); full-time 5 days per week also possible
- Locations: Tokyo Studio (Tokyo, Japan) or Fukuoka Atelier (Fukuoka, Japan)
- Holidays: Fully two-day weekend off (Sat, Sun) and public holidays
