Job title: Solutions Sales Manager

About the Role Join Getinge UKI as Solutions Sales Manager to drive the Surgical Workplaces portfolio across North West and West Yorkshire. Develop effective sales strategies, win new accounts, and collaborate with your team to meet ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth for the SWP portfolio in line with the company sales plan.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing winning and repeatable sales strategies.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and colleagues to define commercial requirements to grow and protect the business.
  • Prepare proposals/quotations/tenders and service renewals within given timescales.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers; manage accounts; align efforts to maximize growth.
  • Attend exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations and workshops locally and nationally.
  • Support sales growth via marketing projects; develop and execute a business development plan.
  • Focus on high value opportunities and new technologies while maintaining key customers.
  • Maintain and adapt the business plan to achieve the sales plan.
  • Keep accurate Salesforce opportunities and call records.
  • Forecasting/budget input and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Deliver corporate/product presentations; train internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to SWP sales strategy with advice to the Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of overachieving budget and sales success, ideally with capital/Operating Room sales experience.
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to plan; experience with procurement managers and budget holders.
  • Excellent communication (written, spoken and presentation); excellent commercial acumen; influencing and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to build trust with customers; consultative approach.
  • Degree in a relevant subject such as science, biomedical/biological science or engineering would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Personal qualities: proactive, results-driven, resilient, interpersonal, organised, problem-solver; able to manage time and workload.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; UK driving license; willingness to travel.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

  • Degree in science/biomedical/biological or engineering subject would be advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary not disclosed in posting. Travel up to 20% within the UK and abroad. UK driving license required. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
