About the Role HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program is designed for service firms, consultancies, and agencies that help businesses attract, engage, and retain mid-market and enterprise customers in the AI era. Partners collaborate with HubSpot to deliver customer value, grow their business, and leverage HubSpot's agentic platform and extensive app ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Provide consulting on AI, business, technology, sales, marketing, or customer service strategy.
- Implement CRM, systems integrations, agentic builds, or IT services, and deliver hands-on services in marketing, sales, customer service, or AI transformation.
- Work with HubSpot's partner ecosystem to win more business, and apply growth strategy guidance and hands-on enablement on the HubSpot platform.
- Collaborate across disciplines including marketing, sales enablement, CRM implementation, revenue operations, AI strategy, and AI transformation and orchestration.

- Ability to provide consulting on AI, business, technology, sales, marketing, or customer service strategy.
- Capability to implement CRM, system integrations, agentic builds, or IT services.
- Willingness to provide hands-on services in marketing, sales, customer service, or AI transformation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting from $400/month for the Solutions Partner Package (billed monthly). Onboarding required (one-time fee).
- Available competitive revenue share; waiving onboarding fees for your clients (up to $6,000 value per client).
