About the Role Join RingCentral as a Solutions Engineer, partnering with Acquire BPO to deliver cloud-based communications solutions. This role blends pre-sales solution design with customer collaboration to help global clients optimize contact center and back-office operations. You will support a remote, distributed delivery model and collaborate with teams across the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, Australia and the US, where client-permitted.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with RingCentral and Acquire BPO teams to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling technical solutions.
- Design, demonstrate, and communicate RingCentral cloud-based communications and contact center solutions to customers.
- Support pre-sales activities, respond to RFPs, and participate in proof-of-concept engagements.
