Job title: Solutions Engineer – Client Services
About the Role DriveWealth's Client Services team plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform and each client's unique needs. This role focuses on solution engineering for integration and the ongoing post-launch relationship, ensuring a smooth investor experience.
What You'll Do
- Pair Solutions Engineers with each DriveWealth Client to understand objectives and tailor onboarding to address specific opportunities and deliver value quickly.
- Configure the platform and stage the onboarding experience to meet client requirements, working with technical and business work streams.
- Leverage DriveWealth subject matter experts to provide perspective on US brokerage, legal, compliance, regulation, and operational readiness considerations.
- Collaborate with our UI/UX team to assist with design concepts or integration best practices as clients finalize their user journeys and investor experience.
- Develop a customized integration project plan for each client's onboarding, providing dedicated support across design, testing, funding, and launch.
- Work with clients via regular meetings, dedicated Slack channel, robust developer documentation, and UAT services to optimize the integration experience.
- Support post-launch engagement through Relationship Management and Support teams, coordinating with technical enhancements, operational matters, and compliance activities; clients have access to a support desk and an automated ticketing system.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in solutions engineering and client onboarding within a fintech or financial services context.
- Ability to understand diverse client requirements and configure the platform to address opportunities and deliver value quickly.
- Knowledge of US brokerage, legal, compliance, regulation, and operational readiness considerations.
- Ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams and provide guidance on design concepts and integration best practices.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills to support both technical and business work streams.
