About the Role Navan is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Expense to help scale Navan Expense. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations teams, up to the C-Suite, to drive adoption, deliver tailored demonstrations, and ensure customers realize value from the expense management and corporate card solution. What You'll Do
- Provide expert product demonstrations and tailored solutions for Navan Expense to prospective and current customers.
- Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and support opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and roadmap.
- Help drive successful adoption and usage of Navan Expense, including policy management and automated expense reports. What We're Looking For
- Experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles in SaaS/FinTech.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical/product solutions.
- Interest or experience with expense management, corporate cards, policy management, and automated expense reporting.
