In this role, you will be a Solutions Architect working with customers to harness the full power of Retool. You will engage in hands-on work, including building Retool applications and integrating the platform into the customer’s technology stack. You will advise on end-to-end solutions and help customers realize value through full-stack implementations. You will also work with system integration partners to share best practices and provide delivery oversight on high-visibility engagements. This role helps shape our service offerings and the operational processes needed to scale the Professional Services function at Retool.
Responsibilities
- Build Retool applications and integrate the platform into customers’ stacks
- Advise and implement end-to-end, full-stack solutions using Retool
- Help partners deliver best-in-class services to customers and scale delivery for high-impact engagements
- Provide delivery oversight and guidance to system integration partners on the most visibility-heavy engagements
- Influence and shape Retool’s service offerings and the processes that scale the Professional Services function
Requirements
- This is a hands-on, billable role that involves working directly with customers and system integration partners to scale the impact of Retool’s products
