About the Role Join NZero as a Solutions Architect focused on turning real estate data into actionable insights. You will help build and operationalize the platform that unifies portfolio data, delivers real-time performance intelligence, automates sustainability reporting, and supports retrofit investment decisions for real estate developers, property managers, and construction firms.
What You'll Do
- Unify Portfolio Data Management: design and implement a centralized platform consolidating building-level utility data to enable portfolio-wide insights across properties.
- Real-Time Building Performance Intelligence: enable hourly visualization and analytics to track energy use and pinpoint inefficiencies.
- Automate Sustainability Reporting: develop automated validation and reporting pipelines, optimized for GRESB and aligned with GRI and other standards.
- Retrofit and Investment Prioritization: create AI-driven scenario modeling and ROI/impact analysis to identify projects with the best balance of cost savings and carbon reduction, directing investments accordingly.
- Customer enablement: collaborate with clients through kickoff, data acquisition, onboarding, platform handoff, and ongoing support to ensure value realization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience designing and deploying data platforms for real estate, property management, or construction sectors, with strong data integration and analytics capabilities.
- Ability to translate customer challenges into platform features and deliver data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with energy performance metrics, building data, and visualization.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as GRESB and GRI is a plus; strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven scenario modeling or optimization for retrofit projects.
- Background in CRE operations, facility management, or energy efficiency programs.
- Familiarity with property data, occupancy data, and utility data.
