In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, acting as the technical escalation point for our go-to-market organization. You’ll work behind the scenes with GTM to monitor customer environments, detect gaps, and proactively resolve them -ensuring that customers achieve continuous value with MIND’s platform.
