About the Role Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Healthcare/Life Sciences team to be the technical voice in our largest enterprise accounts, shaping the technical strategy and enabling data-driven transformation through ML & AI. In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Databricks across Healthcare & Life Sciences use cases.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical strategy for the largest enterprise accounts, partnering with the Enterprise Account Executive to define success paths and drive outcomes.
• Direct the technical implementation within the account, coordinating with hands-on resources to build proofs-of-concept and demonstrations of Databricks products.
• Enable a movement of technical champions inside accounts and align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Drive adoption of ML & AI capabilities across Healthcare & Life Sciences use cases and support data-driven transformation.
• Build executive relationships, present a compelling point-of-view to decision-makers, and mentor other team members.
• Travel up to 35% as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to establish virtual teams and lead them to success within the account.
• Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts and navigating complex environments.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers and influence outcomes.
• Strong technical background in big data, data science and cloud; programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Excellent communication and a track record of presenting a clear point-of-view to key decision-makers.
• Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Local pay range: $180,000—$247,500 USD per year.
• The total compensation package may include annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits listed in the posting.
