- Partner with delivery teams (Financial Systems, Digital Systems, Data) to design scalable, secure solutions for major initiatives (e.g., eCommerce migration and ERP optimizations).
- Drive hands-on options and prototypes using Python, GCP, and containerized applications to establish architectural patterns.
- Own integration governance and make final technical decisions to ensure long-term stability and scalability.
- Establish and enforce built-in-house engineering principles for custom applications and automations.
- Lead discovery and architectural adoption of new toolsets, including AI-supported workflows and modern integration middleware.
What We're Looking For

- Proven integration expertise with enterprise patterns and middleware strategies; know when to use iPaaS, custom microservices, or point-to-point APIs.
- Cloud-native experience with GCP (or AWS/Azure), plus Docker and Kubernetes.
- Platform knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Shopify.
- Data proficiency with SQL and data warehousing concepts (BigQuery a strong plus).
- Consultative and decisive demeanor with stakeholders and the ability to make firm technical decisions when consensus isn’t reached.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tooling implementation (LLMs, RAG, agents) in an enterprise context.
- Familiarity with Gearset or similar DevOps tools for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Data Engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, Airbyte).
- Background in security architecture and vulnerability management.

- Flexible Out of Office Plan and ample time off.
- On-site parking and pre-tax commuter benefits.
- Healthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, and treats.
- Sponsored professional development opportunities.
- Inclusive culture events and unlimited 3D prints.
