Role Overview
You will be the architecture owner for Experian's global video conferencing estate and collaboration spaces, driving standardization and lifecycle governance across 400+ video conferencing units and our global refresh roadmap. Architect and govern the refresh program, aligned to the 1.2M allocated budget. The program executes prioritization based on site strategy (Grow/Maintain/Retire), technology lifecycle status (including TLMP-driven replacements), and room usage/telemetry. This prioritization focuses investment on high-value rooms. This role will own room standards, VC platforms/devices, monitoring/telemetry, lifecycle/refresh execution architecture, and site readiness planning w/ local facilities teams. You will report to a Senior Director.
