Job title: Solutions Architect - Enterprise
About the Role Mattel is seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Architect to lead transformation initiatives across order-to-cash and other supply chain modules. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring Oracle-based solutions drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation for toy manufacturing and distribution.
What You'll Do
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product strategy for Oracle Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
- Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Partner with supply chain leaders, operations teams, and IT to capture business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
- Solution Design Guidance: Work with the technical team to design scalable, efficient Oracle ERP/Cloud solutions.
- Order-to-Cash Expertise: Lead enhancements and solutions for O2C processes (order management, fulfillment, invoicing, revenue recognition).
- Cross-Module Collaboration: Provide input on Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.
- Testing & Validation: Oversee UAT and ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage Oracle capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in Oracle Supply Chain solutions (Oracle Fusion Cloud); proven Solution Architect or ERP transformation experience; strong O2C and at least one other module (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Planning); manufacturing/consumer goods industry experience; toy manufacturing a plus.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; ability to document and track requirements; adept at translating business needs into technical requirements; understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Toy manufacturing experience is a plus.
