Job title: Solution Sales Manager
About the Role The Solution Sales Manager will oversee the market success of Moveworks products built on the ServiceNow platform. This role drives strategic win opportunities, aligns with Now Value principles, and partners with customers, account teams and partners to articulate and realize digital transformation value.
What You'll Do
- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical alignment, account use case targeting and execution
- Provide input to Account Executives during account planning based on territory strategy
- Ensure recommendations align with Now Value principles
- Help customers envision the value of digital transformation and develop strategy with the rest of the account team, customers and partners
- Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on the Capability Roadmap for feedback and alignment based on engagement model
- Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundation specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle
- Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes
What We're Looking For
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact on a function or industry
- 7+ years of knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions areas to lead solution wins
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Ability to travel 30-50%
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $139,400 - $230,000 for positions in this location, USD, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
- On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure
