Job title: Solution Manager - DBA ORACLE
About the Role Solution Manager - Oracle/DBA at NEORIS to support Sapio LIMS with Oracle DB, installation/configuration, LIMS architecture, and ITIL-based support processes. The role involves translating user requirements into functional solutions and providing hands-on LIMS and Oracle expertise to ensure high-value outcomes for clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide L1-L3 support for Sapio LIMS and related ITSM processes (ITIL, ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC HP Service Centre).
- Install and configure Sapio LIMS; understand LIMS architecture.
- Work with Oracle Database, write queries for reports and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with Infra team and vendors to fix application issues.
- Transform user requirements into functional solutions; update self-help docs; write technical and user-facing documentation.
- Manage changes (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements) within Change Management.
- Communicate effectively in English; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Sapio LIMS application.
- Hands-on experience in LIMS basic functions.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Knowledge of LIMS Architecture.
- Sapio LIMS installation & configuration.
- Oracle Database knowledge and SQL query writing for reports.
- ITIL environment experience; service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, HP Service Centre).
- L1-L3 support experience; Change management (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements).
- Analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to translate user requirements into functional solutions.
- Updating self-help documents for user self-service.
- Good verbal & written communication in English.
