About the Role You will lead a team of Solution Engineers to help customers accelerate Cloud and AI transformations. You will partner with customers to understand business priorities, evaluate technology needs, and identify and deliver solutions that realize business value. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Solution Engineers to design and deliver Cloud and AI solutions for customers.
- Partner with customers to understand business goals and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive successful adoption and value realization.
- Travel 25-50% as required to engage with customers. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading and coaching engineering or solution engineering teams.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, AI, data, or related technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- People manager / leadership experience.
