Job title: Solution Consultant – ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting and Direct Tax

About the Role As a Solution Consultant, you will represent ONESOURCE Tax solutions, including ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting, ONESOURCE Corporate Tax, ONESOURCE Tax Provision and Global Minimum Tax, to global companies' finance and tax teams. You will manage multiple prospects, identify process issues, and support the sales team in developing proposals and business cases to win deals. You will lead solution demonstrations and communicate through multiple channels; be the product expert, ensuring customer excellence and shaping the product direction by communicating market needs.

What You'll Do

• Represent ONESOURCE Tax solutions to all levels of potential customers in finance and tax teams of global companies.
• Manage multiple customer prospects, identify process issues, and support the sales team in developing proposals and business cases to establish a win in the sales process.
• Lead solution demonstrations, present value propositions, and align solutions to customers' business needs via phone, virtual and onsite presentations.
• Draw on skills in tax compliance and reporting, business processes, and business operations throughout the sales process.
• Ensure excellent client experience and develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to create client champions.
• Be a product expert for ONESOURCE solutions, keep stakeholders apprised of latest developments and the product roadmap.
• Produce and maintain demo data to present different use cases based on customer needs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in finance and tax reporting for multinational companies, with knowledge of ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting, Corporate Tax, Tax Provision and Global Minimum Tax.
• Ability to discuss complex finance and tax reporting issues and to discuss reporting technology needs.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with ability to articulate value propositions and align with customer needs.
• Ability to work with global teams, travel as needed, and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptability to work in a growth environment within a global company and contribute to product direction.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ONESOURCE solutions and familiarity with Statutory Reporting and direct tax processes.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
