About the Role

At Atlassian, we're hiring a Solution Consultant with a Cloud Platform Development and Integration focus to join our Advisory Services team as an individual contributor. This role delivers strategic, technical guidance to help our customers maximize value from Atlassian products and solutions. As a distributed-first company, interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, with remote or office options.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Advisory Services peers to align on strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional service to customers

• Partner with customers to solve business challenges using Atlassian products, practices, and solutions

• Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion within a client’s organization

• Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying current with best practices for different team types

• Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals in one or more Atlassian solution areas

• Partner with non-customer-facing teams across Atlassian to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions

• Travel up to 30% domestically, and occasionally internationally, for internal and customer-facing events

• What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience within SaaS environments

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles engaging with stakeholders from technical admins to executive leadership

• Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian Cloud, including administration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Guard, Focus, Rovo, etc.

• Background in SaaS-based architectures, integration methods, and security considerations

• Expertise in Atlassian ecosystem development: experience developing custom apps, plugins, and/or Rovo Agents using Forge

• Deep knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud REST API

• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, and React

• Exposure to Atlassian Connect and migration from Connect to Forge

• Experience with Rovo, Agentic AI, MCP, and/or other AI integrations

• Fluent in English; second language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) preferred for business communication

• Nice to Have

• Comfortable coaching best practices and tailoring guidance for stakeholders

• Experience on cross-team projects with Sales, Product, Support, etc.

• Experience with large customers in a consulting or technical expert role

• Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranges for new hires in the United States (USD): Zone A $131,400 - $171,550; Zone B $118,200 - $154,395; Zone C $109,000 - $142,387
