Solution Architect

About the Role Wipro is seeking a Solution Architect to translate client needs into scalable, future-ready technology solutions within our consulting, design, engineering and operations portfolio. The role focuses on defining vision and scope, developing structured response deliverables, and leading solution estimation and alignment against benchmarks to win opportunities. What You'll Do

• Blueprint and define vision and scope; create checklists and drive alignment
• Manage commercials: secure target pricing and understand pricing templates
• Generate insights through outside-in research, market trends, competitor insights and account intelligence
• Create and maintain a mind map detailing problem statements, goals, solution levers, accelerators and win strategy insights
• Develop and finalize deliverables: storyline, response templates with owners per section, and an integrated solution response
• Lead solution detailing: baseline understanding, consolidate questions, assign tasks, elaborate responses, and review
• Build practice-wide estimates, consolidate estimates, and compare with benchmarks
• Optimize the solution by benchmarking, simulating, refining scope, risks, assumptions and estimates
• Identify teams for orals and finalize the solution response; present to leadership
• Refine based on feedback, finalize orals teams and agreed-on storyline
• Prepare inputs for the solution response and deliver the final, integrated solution with costs and effort estimates
• Prepare for the presentation to leadership and drive integrated solution delivery What We're Looking For
• Experience as a Solution Architect contributing to digital transformation engagements
• Ability to develop structured responses, deliverables, and customer proposals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to consolidate questions and drive task ownership
• Proficiency in cost estimation, benchmarking, risk assessment, scope optimization, and value storytelling
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Comfort with presenting to leadership and coordinating orals/defense of the solution
• Knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence, and account insights Nice to Have
• Experience in mind-mapping, requirement elicitation, and multi-disciplinary solution design
