Solution Architect

About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design for complex digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on blueprints, solution detailing, estimation, benchmarking, and delivering integrated solution responses to leadership. What You'll Do

• Establish vision and scope, create checklists, and blueprint the solution across stakeholders.
• Manage commercial aspects: secure target pricing and understand pricing templates.
• Conduct outside-in research, market trends, competitor insights, and account intelligence.
• Develop mind maps of problem statements, goals, solution levers, accelerators, and win strategy lab insights.
• Finalize solution storyline and response templates with owners per section.
• Walk through baseline understanding with the solution detailing team; consolidate questions; assign tasks; elaborate and review responses; finalize responses.
• Build practice-wise estimates, consolidate estimates, and compare with benchmarks; simulate and optimize numbers.
• Update mind map; deliver solution response and effort estimate; evaluate against internal and external benchmarks; optimize scope, risks, assumptions, and estimates.
• Identify teams for orals; prepare and present final integrated solution response; develop finalized costs and effort estimates; provide inputs for solution response.
• Present to leadership and refine based on feedback; finalize teams and storyline for orals; deliver integrated solution response and inputs. What We're Looking For
• Experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent in technology services and consulting.
• Ability to establish vision and scope, create deliverables, and drive solution detailing.
• Proficiency in commercial aspects including pricing strategy and templates.
• Strong skills in market research, outside-in analysis, and account intelligence.
• Experience building mind maps, solution levers, accelerators, and orals-ready presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare and present to leadership, and handle stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with benchmarking, estimation, risk/assumptions management, and optimization.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments and translating complex problems into integrated solutions.
