About the Role The Solution Architect is a senior role with architecture and design expertise to support one or more programs within the End User Technology Experience team. This position requires an end-to-end understanding of architecture standards and platform solution development, and will provide technical guidance on application development, Microsoft Platform solutions, and customer service applications. What You'll Do
- Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to product and program teams.
- Guide application development and Microsoft Platform solutions.
- Lead customer service applications initiatives.
- Apply Agile methodologies and act as a self-starter.
- Provide risk and technical architecture leadership across programs.
- Collaborate with the End User Technology Experience team to enable productivity and collaboration solutions. What We're Looking For
- Seasoned Solution Architect with senior-level architecture and design expertise.
- Deep understanding of architecture standards and platform solution development.
- Experience in Application development and Microsoft Platform solutions.
- Self-starter with Agile framework experience.
- Ability to provide risk/technical architecture leadership.
