Solution Architect
Collaborate with product owners on solution design, provide architecture principles, and offer technical support where needed. Lead and review vendor solutions to ensure feasibility, maintainability, and scalability. Design and implement measures for functional and non-functional requirements, including stability, security, and performance optimization. Continuously identify improvements in system workflows and propose initiatives for IT landscape simplification. Drive and implement AI tooling and practical use cases within the sales solutions scope. Execute initiatives with proper governance and guide product development through lifecycle positioning.
Operation Tasks Provide technical support for application operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and complex technical issues. Monitor system performance and stability, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures. Manage recurring problems through root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases, adherence to operational standards, and continuous improvement in support processes.
Compliance Ensure full adherence to IT control standards for all assigned applications. Maintain rigorous compliance with corporate policies, security frameworks, and audit requirements to safeguard system integrity and regulatory alignment.
