About the Role The Solution Architect Manager (SAM) for UK & Ireland leads a high performing delivery team of Solution Architects and consultants who are responsible for shaping, designing, and accelerating AI-driven digital transformation for strategic customers across the geography. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing delivery team of Solution Architects and consultants for UK & Ireland.
- Shape, design, and accelerate AI-driven digital transformations for strategic customers across the geography.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end architecture solutions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive governance, best practices, and delivery excellence across engagements. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading solution architecture teams or equivalent with a track record of delivering complex AI-enabled digital transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence and partner with customers across UK & Ireland.
- Deep technical knowledge in solution architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled modernization.
- Customer-facing experience and ability to translate business needs into architectural roadmaps. Compensation & Benefits
