Solution Architect (Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Infrastructure to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will act as the technical authority across the entire solution lifecycle—from qualifying opportunities and crafting architecture to guiding implementation. You will work closely with sales teams, delivery teams, and enterprise customers to architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance infrastructure solutions that drive digital transformation and business growth. This role is 100% focused on infrastructure architecture, covering data centres, cloud platforms, compute, storage, virtualisation, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
• Architect complex multi-technology solutions spanning compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Develop reference architectures and enterprise solution frameworks for key infrastructure platforms.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority during major enterprise solution engagements.

• Design and deliver enterprise solutions across the following domains:

Data Centre Architecture:

• Enterprise data centre design and modernization
• Infrastructure consolidation and optimization
• High availability and fault-tolerant architectures
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Compute & Virtualisation:

• Enterprise server infrastructure (x86, RISC)
• Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
• Hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI)
• Container infrastructure and orchestration

Enterprise Storage:

• SAN / NAS architectures (block, file, object)
• Storage performance optimization and tiering
• Software-defined storage
• Enterprise data lifecycle management

Backup & Disaster Recovery:

• Enterprise backup architecture (Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup)

• Business continuity infrastructure
