Job title: Solution Architect - Enterprise Architecture

About the Role The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. This role will drive enterprise-wide architecture that is scalable, reliable, and aligned to business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests; create enterprise-wide architecture; provide solutioning for RFPs; define a direction to manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions including systems and shared infrastructure; analyse technology environment and client requirements to craft a collaboration solution design framework; provide technical leadership to design, development and implementation of custom solutions; document current and target state solutions; articulate targets and reusable patterns and propose investment roadmaps; evaluate and integrate solutions with the overall technology ecosystem; collaborate with IT groups to transition tasks and resolve issues; perform detailed documentation of the architecture and solution; conduct root-cause analysis of design issues and propose fixes; track industry and application trends and relate to current and future IT needs.
• Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions/frameworks; build relationships with executives, product owners, and other stakeholders; develop KPIs/SLAs; manage multiple projects and report status; identify technical and process risks and prepare mitigation plans; ensure quality assurance of architecture decisions and provide technical mitigation support; recommend tools for reuse and automation; lead the development and maintenance of enterprise framework artefacts; support pre-sales by presenting the solution design and its principles to clients; demonstrate thought leadership to win client confidence.
• Competency Building and Branding: complete trainings and certifications; develop POCs, case studies, demos; publish white papers and blogs; contribute to Wipro thought leadership; mentor developers and junior architects; participate in architecture practice activities such as interviews.
• Team Management Resourcing: anticipate talent requirements, hire and onboard resources; build an internal talent pool; manage attrition and drive diversity; set goals and conduct performance reviews; ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
