About the Role The role leads the Solution Architecture function for End User Services within PMI’s Digital Workplace & Collaboration portfolio. You will shape and continuously evolve architectural direction across our end-user technology, and lead a team of Solution Architects to partner with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact employee experiences globally. What You'll Do
- Lead and shape the Solution Architecture function for End User Services across PMI’s Digital Workplace & Collaboration landscape.
- Manage and mentor a team of Solution Architects, establishing them as trusted partners to product and engineering teams.
- Ensure coherent, scalable, and secure architecture across devices, collaboration tools, workplace technologies, automation, and employee experience.
- Translate strategy into action and drive measurable improvements in productivity and employee experience globally.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure integration of End User Services into the wider enterprise technology environment.
- Drive Automation and Enterprise AI initiatives (workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, digital employee experience) to enhance efficiency. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading a Solution Architecture function and managing a team of Solution Architects.
- Strong background in Digital Workplace & Collaboration and enterprise technology, with ability to drive architecture across devices, tools, and platforms.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable architecture and partner with product and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of security, scalability, and integration considerations across enterprise environments.
- Experience with automation and enterprise AI concepts, including workflow automation and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with a global, cross-functional focus.
