About the Role
Solventum is seeking a Solution Advisor – Coding to partner with healthcare clients to perform workflow discovery, drive adoption, and deliver advanced optimization of Solventum product lines. As a SME for your solutions, you will collaborate with global teams to align technology with compassionate patient care and Solventum’s values.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimization for assigned Solventum product lines; serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective team and solutions.
- Understand the client's short- and long-term strategy goals. Conduct current-state workflow and configuration reviews; propose best-practice workflow optimizations.
- Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures; maintain strong client relationships across the organization.
- Own the client relationship; coordinate interactions and activities across the organization and measure success (KPIs and client satisfaction); stay current on industry and product changes.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix.
- Relevant HIM and clinical coding qualifications; eligible for full HIMAA membership.
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Additional qualifications: La Trobe University Auditing Course or equivalent; auditing/training/education experience in coding; strong understanding of Revenue Cycle; EMR workflows, systems, implementation, and training; ability to manage multiple project streams and teams; experience consulting with clients in health information systems; knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products; demonstrated industry knowledge; proficient computer skills; excellent written and verbal communication; exceptional client relationship skills; strategic thinking, business acumen, presentation and training skills; creativity and innovation; strong teamwork and collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in healthcare IT consulting or similar.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
