Role Summary
The diagnosis, repair, testing, quality verification and technical maintenance of Salpha Energy's solar power products and systems
Key Responsibilities

Receive and technically assess defective or malfunctioning solar products returned for repair.

Identify root causes of product failures rather than relying solely on component replacement.

Carry out component-level troubleshooting and repairs where technically appropriate.

Replace defective electronic, electrical and mechanical components in accordance with approved repair procedures.

Escalate recurring or complex technical failures to the Head of Production & Engineering.

Identify recurring product defects and provide recommendations for product improvement.

Maintain accurate record of defective products repaired.

Follow all quality control and safety measures for all repairs.
