Software Testing Lead

Pay: $40 - $45/hr (DOE)

Role Summary Lead EMV certification activities for mobile checkout payment devices. Manage certification efforts with payment authorizers, execute and validate test cases using Collis tools, collaborate with internal teams for device setup and troubleshooting, support test environments, and ensure certification requirements are successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities

Execute EMV certification for multiple payment devices and payment authorizers.
Run, validate, and re-test certification test cases until successful certification is achieved.
Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide testing support.
Maintain detailed test logs, certification artifacts, and supporting documentation.
Support payment device setup, certification execution, and issue resolution activities.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with EMV certification and payment device testing.
Experience with retail POS systems and payment transaction testing.
Familiarity with Ingenico payment devices.
Proficiency with Collis certification/testing tools.
Experience testing credit card and payment transactions in a retail POS environment.
Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Retail POS experience preferred.

Create and Organise testing process based on project requirement and manage test activities within team, for the following
1. Test Estimates and Schedules-. Ensure Test Coverage
1. Produce test results, defect reports, test logs, and reports to evidence for testing
1. Publish RCA reports and preventive measures
1. Ensure Quality of Deliverables
1. Report project metrics and status
1. Ensure adherence of Engineering practices, processes and standards
1. Understand and contribute to test automation/performance testing
1. Work with DevOps team, when required; to understand testing framework and QA process for implementing continuous testing

Define KPIs to the engagement and ensure adherence to these KPIs.

Handle monthly/weekly governance calls and represent issues for the team
