About the Role This role focuses on delivering ChargePoint's Software Services for Stations, enabling a unified platform to power charging programs. You'll help shape the platform's capabilities—from Intelligent Insights and Waitlist to Station Management, AI Assistance, integrations, roaming, mobile apps, and telematics—to maximize station utilization and deliver value to drivers and businesses.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on the ChargePoint Platform overview and contribute to delivering features such as Intelligent Insights, Waitlist, Station Management, AI Assistance, and Turnkey Integrations.
- Work with Roaming Partners, Mobile App, and Telematics teams to extend driver adoption and optimize charging operations.
- Support Services from implementation and deployment to ongoing maintenance, ensuring high-quality charger installations.
- Leverage the ChargePoint Open API and 40+ integrations to streamline data sharing and interoperability.
- Partner with Deployment and Services teams to help customers scale charging programs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with software platforms, APIs, and data-driven product features, preferably in EV charging or energy tech.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and services.
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical platform capabilities and workflows.
- Familiarity with project deployment, validation, and customer success in technical environments.
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
